You opened a roll of wrapping paper, but how do you keep it from unrolling when you store it? You can put a rubber band around it, but it may rip your paper or the rubber band may dry out and stick to the paper. Or, you can try something even better. Cut open an empty toilet paper roll and use it as a cuff to save your wrapping paper and keep it from unrolling.
